2.1. Ruben Galarreta offers WORLDWIDE STANDARD FREE DELIVERY on all orders above 150 €.

2.2. Standard and express delivery timing and cost vary from country to country. These are estimates, not guarantees; shipping time can vary depending on factors such as weather, possible customs delays, and whether the delivery address is in a city or a remote area

2.3. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.

2.4. Customers may be eligible to choose standard or express shipping methods upon the availability of service in the delivery country.

2.5. Orders can be sent to the address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box) and we ship worldwide. We do not ship to postal codes.

2.6. Prices of products are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Shipping cost, if applicable, will be calculated before the final payment at the checkout with the vat.

2.7. If the order has to be delivered to any country outside European Union, the total price does not include any customs duties and any other local taxes that are exclusive responsibility of the Consumer and the consumer agrees to pay in addition to the price of the final order as per law of the country to which the product is delivered.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this web page at any time and to remove or edit any materials or content. While we do our best to process all orders, may be exceptional circumstances that require us to reject the shipping of an order even after sending the Ship confirmation. So we reserve the right to do at any time, to our sole discretion.

5.Return Policy 

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned, within 14 days of the merchandise’s delivery date, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

5.1.1. Item(s) can be exchanged when a different size if available.

5.1.2. We ship FREE of cost to our clients “from our office to your address” the requested exchanged products using standard shipping methods.

5.2. Store credit

5.2.1. Item(s) can be returned for store credit.

5.2.2. As soon as the return has been completed, the customer will receive a credit coupon code with the value of the return ítem(s) and includes delivery shippìng charges “from our office to your address” you paid when you made your purchase. However, if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery) that cost will not be included and credited.

5.2.3. Store credit coupon code has to be used on orders placed on www.rubengalarreta.com

  • The credit coupon code can be used one time only on a future order within 90 days of the return.
  • It must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit

5.3. Refund

5.3.1. Item(s) can be returned and refunded.

5.3.2. The refund includes delivery shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase “from our office to your address”. However, if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery) that cost will not be refunded.

5.3.3. All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

5.3.4. It can take two to fifteen business days (depending on the card issuer’s refund-processing speed) for the refund to show up in your account.

6. Return Terms and Conditions Applied to all above-mentioned points and all returns.

6.1. Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of the order delivery date to return your order.

6.2. Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

6.3. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

6.4. Items must be returned to our warehouse.

6.5. Returned items will be checked by us in our warehouse to ensure they are returned intact; we have the right to charge you any depreciation, reimbursing you only the residual value of the product.

6.6. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above.

6.7. We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for FULL reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

6.8. In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, we reserve the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified above.

6.9. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
