SHOPPING

To make purchases on Ruben Galarreta Online Store you do not need to register however, we suggest you to create an account to access exclusive services dedicated to our customers.

Where can i get product information?

On each product page, you will find all available sizes, a description and the composition of the item. You can click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How can I place an order?

  1. From the item page, select the desired size of the product
  2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag
  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag
  4. Select the shipping method and a payment method
  5. Enter your shipping details and your billing details
  6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Proceed to Checkout”

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & TRACKING

When will my shipment be delivered?

To ensure the best service to our clients we ship worldwide using INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING, the delivery takes on average only 3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; shipping time can vary depending on factors such as weather, possible customs delays, and whether the delivery address is in a city or a remote area

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on all orders from 150 euros and free delivery in Spain on all orders from 50 euros. Shipping cost applicable may vary from country to country and it will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.

How can i track my shipment?

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our distribution center, approx. 24 hours from order date.

What are the payments methods available?

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, and many more major credit card providers

Is it safe to use my card on your website?

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

We easily accept returns within 14 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or partial refund. To request a return send us an email to purchases@rubengalarreta.com we will send you the instructions for the return shipment. Find all details in our Info Area.
